What kinds of payments are accepted?
We recommend using online credit card payment, as it’s the most secure, convenient, and easy to track. -
Can I make an urgent reservation?
Yes, urgent reservations are possible. However, we reserve the right to check the availability of our limousines first. We’ll inform you right away if a vehicle is available for your request. -
Can I call to make a limousine service reservation?
Yes, you can! Please contact our customer service to book. Reservations must be made at least 3 business days in advance to ensure availability. -
How can I find your staff at the airport when we arrive?
After your plane landed, our airport representative will wait at the meeting point for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes with LIMO Thailand logo on the signboard.

Do you provide car seats for children? Any extra charge?
Yes, we do!
- Infant car seat: Suitable for newborns up to around 1.5 years old (up to 9 kg / 22 lbs)
- Convertible car seat: Suitable for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years (9–18 kg / 20–40 lbs)
Available for transportation by van only. -
Does the price include everything? Any hidden expenses?
Our service includes the vehicle, professional driver, gasoline, and all expressway tolls.
Note: Ferry tickets are not included for trips to destinations like Koh Chang, Koh Samui, and Koh Lanta. -
What should I do if the luggage doesn’t fit?
Our vehicles have standard trunk space. If you have more luggage than usual, please inform us in advance to recommend the best option.
