- Cancellations 12 hours or more before the reservation date - Full Refund (deduct 5% Bank fee)
- Cancellations 6 - 12 hours before the reservation date - 50% Charge or 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 6 hours before the reservation date - Full Charge or No refund
- NO SHOW - Full Charge or No refund
Refund Process
The refund process may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
NO SHOW Charges / Waiting Time Policy
- Airport transfer from the airport: waiting time is 1.5 hours from the landed flight, even if there is a delay
- Airport transfer to the airport: waiting time is 30 minutes from the assignment time
- If the customer agrees to wait after above conditions, by hour rate will apply.
